· HS can process transcripts for “History” courses and “Archive” courses.
· Advocates can check the ‘Pending Transcript Request’ file, it is very helpful.
· Remember to bring names and CACs (to all departments).
· Only Joseph can handle HS scholarship decisions. University scholarships are handled by Wilda.
· If you charge somebody for a transcript request, please tell HS. This is the best way to ensure someone isn’t charged twice.
· Don’t promise students that HS will do things without checking with them first. Of course, this goes for all departments, and individuals, in the office.
